MEMBERSHIP  APPLICATION   INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to submit an application for membership in the Classic Toy Dog Club of Western Massachusetts, click here to view and print the application.

The application cannot be filled out online.  You must print it, complete the information requested, and submit it as directed. 

For your information, we have included pertinent data relating to membership.  Please review this information prior to completing and submitting this application.  Regular membership is open to all persons 18 years of age or older who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who subscribe to the purposes of this club. There is a Junior membership for individuals under the age of 18.  Junior membership carries all privileges of regular membership except voting rights. We do not have family memberships. An applicant must be sponsored by a current member in good standing of the Classic Toy Dog Club.  The application and fee should be submitted to the Club Secretary.

Need a sponsor?  The best way to find a sponsor is to join us as a guest at our meetings or speak to a club member at one of our events.   It is through participation and working together that we really get to know each other.  If you would like to join the club, come and get to know us and let us get to know you!

Regular Membership Fee is $10.00
Junior Membership Fee is $5.00
